It prioritizes crowd control over a small loss on single target damage and survivability.
If your group lacks stuns I recommend this build. Personally I use Soul Rending in Upper Karazhan, Vault of the Wardens and Seat of the Triumvirate but it can also be used in Lower Karazhan, Maw of Souls and Court of Stars. In certain dungeons Netherwalk will not be needed and Soul Rending will help your healer out more on healing heavy fights. The only change in this build is Soul Rending over Netherwalk. It allows triple stunning ( Chaos Nova > Metamorphosis > Chaos Nova) as well as more single target damage but also Blur resets with Demon Reborn which can be key to keeping yourself alive at the higher keystone levels. This is the overall recommended build for the majority of dungeons and keystone levels but it also excels a bit more in the higher keystone levels - +20-28.
